VML is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee CX and digital projects, spanning content and CRM platform work, digital transformation, and ongoing support. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and proactive risk management.

You’ll drive stakeholder communication, identify delivery challenges, and promote process improvements. The role offers a hybrid work model with a focus on collaboration and growth within a leading global creative

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a creative, digital or technology agency.
• Delivery of digital, CX, website or platform implementation projects.
• Strong planning, budgeting, resource and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CMS, CRM or marketing technology platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end delivery of CX and digital projects including content and CRM platform implementation.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, timelines, resources and risks for successful delivery.
• Coordinate designers, developers, business analysts and technology partners.
• Handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Build stakeholder relationships, communicating progress, risks and issues clearly.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges and drive solutions.
• Support content management, CRM and marketing technology projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and delivery standards.
• Contribute to new project opportunities and onboarding of new work.
