Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or a busy admin environment.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and resolve enquiries via email and phone.
• Coordinate branch email inbox and maintain customer portals.
• Set up jobs, prepare service reports and liaise with technicians and suppliers.
• Assist with annual stock take and provide general admin support.
