Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage day-to-day service needs for Defence and national accounts in a high-volume, on-site role based in Salisbury, Greater Brisbane. You will coordinate requests, maintain records, and ensure commitments are met while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening to manage Defence and national accounts
• Professional, customer-focused approach to account management
• Ability to handle back-to-back calls and coordinate across multiple systems

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls and emails
• Coordinate and monitor work orders through to completion
• Prepare compliance reports and process invoices
• Track requests against SLAs
• Maintain accurate account and service records
• Liaise with service managers and technicians
• Build relationships with stakeholders
• Resolve enquiries promptly and escalate when required
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and care
