Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a Customer Service Specialist based in Salisbury, Greater Brisbane. In this on-site role, you’ll manage day-to-day service needs for Defence and key national accounts in a high-volume environment.

You’ll handle inbound calls and emails, coordinate work orders, and ensure timely, accurate records while building strong relationships with customers, managers and technicians. Baseline security clearance eligibility is required.

• Ability to manage back-to-back calls in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers

• Knowledge of security and fire-safety solutions, which is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls and emails
• Coordinate and monitor work orders through to completion
• Prepare compliance reports and process invoices
• Track customer requests against agreed SLAs
• Maintain accurate account and service records
• Liaise with service managers and technicians
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Resolve enquiries promptly and escalatE issues when required
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and care
