Job summary

BUZ Software is seeking a Customer Success Representative to support clients and maximise value from our cloud-based platform tailored for manufacturing and retail sectors in Australia & New Zealand.

You will onboard new clients, run remote training, and work with the development team to implement new features, while creating helpful resources and newsletters. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and curiosity about AI tools are highly valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end customer support via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Onboard new clients and get their systems up and running.
• Run training sessions for client staff (mostly remote).
• Collaborate with development team to test and implement new features.
• Create customer-facing resources such as help articles, video tutorials and newsletters.
• Utilise AI tools to improve ticket triage and training content.
