Criteria Corp is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Warrnambool, Australia to foster strong client relationships and maximize value from our platform. You will onboard clients, manage accounts, and deliver tailored product training to support use-case driven outcomes.

You will work with Enterprise Account Managers to renew and retain clients, advocate for the product, and drive improvements based on customer feedback. Flexibility for part-time or full-time arrangements is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer success, or SaaS training.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty.
• Onboard new clients and manage all aspects of the account.
• Provide product training based on client use cases and objectives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers to support renewals.
• Advocate for the product and communicate customer feedback.
• Identify and remove blockers to customer growth and success.
• Develop client success plans and monitor progress.
• Respond promptly to customer support inquiries via calls and email.
• Document interactions in the CRM and support product enhancements.
