Rexel Electrical Supplies in Dubbo is seeking an Experienced Sales Professional for a permanent, full-time role focused on delivering outstanding customer service and sales support in-store.

You will manage orders, quotes and projects, build strong supplier relationships to protect margins, and respond promptly to customer inquiries with follow-up calls, contributing to a high-performing team and revenue growth in the local electrical trades market.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Passionate about building relationships with customers.
• Electrical wholesaling or trades industry experience is highly regarded but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
• Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
• Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained
• Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls.
