Job summary

Labelmakers Group in Somerton, VIC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. You will manage customer orders, maintain strong relationships, and coordinate with Sales, Pre-Press and Production to ensure orders meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a customer service role.
• Experience in the print/packaging industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate and monitor customer orders and provide timely updates.
• Liaise with Sales, Pre-Press and Production to meet specifications.
• Review customer demand and print requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer information and communicate updates with Production and Supply Chain.
• Respond to inquiries and facilitate timely resolutions with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and order processing.
