Label Plus is seeking a Printing Internal Sales / Customer Service professional on a full-time basis on the Northern Gold Coast. You will report to the Sales Manager and play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, coordinating orders, and ensuring high service levels throughout fulfillment.

Monday–Friday, 38 hours. You will liaise with Sales, Pre-Press and Production to align customer requirements with specifications, monitor orders, and proactively resolve enquiries while maintaining

• Minimum of three years' experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in the print, packaging or label manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft & Adobe skills and confidence working with business systems.
• Ability to work independently, show initiative and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Printing Internal Sales / Customer Service

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating customer orders and ensuring a high level of service throughout the order fulfilment process. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, 38 hours a week.

Key responsibilities

Establish and maintain positive, constructive relationships with customers.

Manage customer orders and proactively monitor order progress, providing timely updates and identifying solutions to customer enquiries.

Liaise with Sales, Pre-Press and Production to coordinate customer requirements and ensure orders are processed in accordance with agreed specifications.

Review and coordinate customer demand and print requirements.

Maintain accurate customer information and communicate order updates by working closely with Production and Supply Chain.

Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate with relevant internal departments to facilitate timely resolutions.

Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and support efficient order processing.

About you

Ideally, a minimum of three years' experience in a customer service role.

Experience in the print, packaging or label manufacturing industry will be highly advantageous.

Strong Microsoft & Adobe skills and confidence working with business systems.

The ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and respond promptly to customer needs.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
