UES International is hiring a Customer Service & Internal Sales Representative for our Dandenong VIC branch. You will handle calls, emails and in-person inquiries, process orders and quotations, and coordinate fulfilment while building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide product information, liaise with internal teams, and support the Branch Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. MS Office and ERP systems experience is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data entry and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, email enquiries and face-to-face interactions in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience and building long-term customer relationships.
• Identify, investigate and resolve customer enquiries, complaints, order issues and account-related queries, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Process customer orders, quotations, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product information and guidance to assist customers in selecting suitable products and resolving enquiries.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries relating to orders and deliveries.
• Meet agreed customer service KPIs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
