Job summary

Fenestration Solutions Australia Pty Ltd seeks a diligent Customer Service representative in Dandenong South to manage day-to-day order processing and deliver exceptional support to customers. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions, provide technical product advice, and own orders through to delivery in collaboration with internal teams.

You will maintain accurate order records, follow up on delays, and ensure timely processing and communication to customers.

Qualifications

• Meticulous with order details and accuracy.
• Proficient with computers and common software.
• Clear and polite communication with customers and staff.
• Punctual, reliable and proactive in responding to needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
• Process customer orders with accuracy and enter orders in the system.
• Maintain records of customer orders and filing systems.
• Keep workspace and reception area clean and organised.
• Ensure orders are processed within 4 working hours of receipt.
• Manage order progression from entry to delivery.
• Provide sales and technical support to external staff and assist inventory movement.
