Job summary

Motion is seeking a motivated Internal Salesperson for the Dubbo branch to be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product selection, pricing, stock, orders, and deliveries. The role supports branch administration, showroom promotions, and packing tasks as needed.

You will work in a customer‑focused team, with opportunities for skill development through training and clear career growth pathways within a growing APAC business.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer literacy; ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
• Proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email; address product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
• Assist with pick/packing orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals.
