Job summary

Aikido Security is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in Australia to bridge customers and the platform, driving adoption and securing value realization while preventing churn. You will tackle technical challenges, onboard new clients, and train customer teams.

Ideal candidates bring senior experience in customer success or technical account management, plus AppSec familiarity, strong debugging skills, and a proactive, independent work style. Sydney or Melbourne based preferred.

• Senior profile with experience in customer success or technical account management.
• Experience in AppSec is required.
• Strong debugging and investigation skills for technical workflows.
• Excellent communication and proactive, get stuff done attitude.
• Based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• Engage with accounts at risk to prevent churn.
• Drive product adoption and maximize customer value.
• Escalate complex issues.
• Debug and resolve workflow issues.
• Drive onboarding and deployment for new clients.
• Deliver training sessions to customer teams.
