Aikido Security BV is hiring its first Customer Success Engineer in Australia, based in Sydney or Melbourne, to bridge customers and the platform and drive adoption. You will own onboarding, handle at-risk accounts, troubleshoot workflows, and deliver customer trainings, ensuring value realization and reduced churn.

Qualifications

• Senior profile with prior experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Experience in AppSec is a must.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to debug and investigate technical workflows.
• Strong communication and proactive, with a "get stuff done" attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with at-risk accounts to prevent churn.
• Drive product adoption and maximize customer value.
• Escalate complex issues.
