Job summary

MongerTracker is seeking a friendly Customer Success Representative for Venues 360 Abbotsford, Melbourne. This permanent, full-time, on-site role helps hospitality venues monitor spaces and run daily checks through our platform.

You will set up accounts, dashboards and forms; train venue owners and staff; answer questions by phone and email; troubleshoot issues and coordinate support; keep records up to date; bring experience in customer service or software support and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and a patient, practical approach.
• Confidence learning software and explaining it to others.
• Strong organisation and reliable follow-through.

Customer Success Representative — Venues 360 Abbotsford, Melbourne | Full-time, on-site Venues 360 helps hospitality venues monitor their spaces and manage daily checks through connected sensors, alerts and digital checklists.

We’re looking for a friendly, organised person who enjoys helping customers and making technology easy to use. What you’ll do Help new customers get started with V360.

Set up accounts, dashboards, alerts and digital forms. Train venue owners and staff to use the platform. Answer customer questions by phone and email.

Troubleshoot everyday issues and coordinate technical support. Follow up with customers and share feedback with our product team. Keep customer records and support requests up to date.

What you’ll bring Experience in customer service, hospitality or software support. Clear communication and a patient, practical approach.

Confidence learning software and explaining it to others. Strong organisation and reliable follow-through. Experience with hospitality technology or connected devices is a bonus.
