The Hallett Group in Adelaide, South Australia, is seeking a Customer Service / Call Centre Assistant for our Concrete Call Centre in Dry Creek. This full-time permanent role involves handling phone and sales enquiries in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment with rostered Saturdays.

You will manage inbound calls, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and provide reliable support to customers and drivers while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Good knowledge of the Adelaide metropolitan area.
• Previous experience in the concrete industry is preferred.
