Avis Budget Group at Newcastle Airport is seeking a casual Customer Services Representative to assist at the rental counter, manage bookings and respond to inquiries. This entry-level role includes full training within a global mobility solutions team.

You will support a fast-paced environment, deliver exceptional service, and enjoy employee discounts, wellbeing programs and comprehensive training as part of our growing team.

Qualifications

• A full and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Availability to work a rotating roster (weekends, evenings, and public holidays).
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

About the Role

In this role you will be the face of our brand! You’ll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
• Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
