Qualifications

• Must hold a full Australian driver's licence.
• Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is a plus.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine rental needs at the counter.
• Explain ABG add-ons and services to suit the customer.
• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines clearly.
• Book rentals in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Answer customer questions and inquiries.

About the Role

In this role you will be the face of our brand! You’ll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

What you’ll do

• Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
• Review in detail ABG’s various add on’s and services as to determine what may best suit the customer
• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
• Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
• Answering customer questions and inquiries

What We’re Looking For:

• full and valid Australian driver’s licence
• Availability to work a rotating roster(including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• $34.96ph + loadings + performance bonuses
