Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a front-line experience specialist at Sydney Airport to deliver a seamless, personalised rental journey for premium customers from pickup to return. You will coordinate with customers, confirm bookings, inspect vehicles and assist with luggage, while maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, retail or hospitality, and are comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings.

Qualifications

• Full and valid Australian driver’s licence required.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail or hospitality.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist premium customers with a seamless rental experience from pickup to return.
• Coordinate with customers for vehicle pickup/drop-off and address inquiries in a timely manner.
• Inspect vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
• Ensure rental verifications are accurate and complete.
• Use computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.

What You’ll Do:

You will act as the front-line experience specialist for our premium customers, ensuring a seamless, personalised rental experience from rental to return at Sydney Airport.

Clear communication and coordination with the customer for vehicle pick-up and drop-off whilst addressing all customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner. You will also confirm all rental verification is accurate and complete, inspect the rental vehicle and assist with the customer's luggage.

What We’re Looking For:

Afull and valid Australian driver’s licence
