Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring at Newcastle Airport, NSW for a casual customer service role. You will assist customers with car rentals, explain add-ons, and process bookings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.

• A full and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays).
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
