Job description

The Opportunity

ENS, part of Lumify Group, is a training company that helps individuals and organisations negotiate better outcomes through practical, evidence-based courses. As Client Services Manager, you'll sit at the centre of that experience, coordinating training delivery and supporting clients and participants from initial engagement through to delivery and post-training follow-up.

You’ll manage the day-to-day mechanics of program delivery: processing bookings accurately, keeping our CRM and Knowledge Hub up to date, and making sure facilitators, clients and participants all have what they need, when they need it. It’s a role built on organisation and follow-through, where getting the details right is what makes the client experience feel seamless.

There's genuine room to grow in this role, with a clear path to take on more strategic account management as you build your track record.
