Lumify Group's ENS training arm seeks a Client Services Manager to coordinate training delivery and support clients and participants from first engagement through to delivery and post-training follow-up.

You will manage day-to-day program logistics: processing bookings accurately, keeping the CRM and Knowledge Hub up to date, and ensuring facilitators, clients and participants have what they need when they need it.
