Job summary

Jaybro Group Pty Ltd in Mackay is seeking a motivated full-time Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join our new Mackay Branch. You will manage inbound enquiries, process orders, prepare quotes and proactively follow up sales opportunities while strengthening customer relationships and growing existing accounts.

Working hours are 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to upsell, collaborate with sales, warehouse and logistics teams, and participate in our Profit Share Scheme and ongoing

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP (SAP) systems, with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone, email and trade counter enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
• Grow sales through customer follow-up, account development, outbound prospecting and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare quotes, process orders and manage opportunities using Salesforce, SAP and related systems.
• Build strong customer relationships, provide product advice, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and outstanding customer outcomes.
• From time to time, you may be required to assist the warehouse team with picking and packing customer orders.

About the Role

In this full-time, Monday to Friday role (8am - 4pm), you'll join our new Mackay Branch team delivering exceptional customer service and expert product advice.
