Job summary

The Jaybro Group is seeking a full-time Customer Service & Sales representative at our Mackay branch. You will handle inbound/outbound inquiries, process orders, prepare quotes, and pursue sales opportunities while building strong client relationships and expanding existing accounts.

Join a team focused on delivering expert product advice, cross-selling, and collaborative support across sales, warehouse, and logistics for accurate order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service and sales, including inbound/outbound calls and upselling.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP (SAP) systems, with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone, email and trade counter enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
• Grow sales through customer follow-up, account development, outbound prospecting and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare quotes, process orders and manage opportunities using Salesforce, SAP and related systems.
• Build strong customer relationships, provide product advice, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and outstanding customer outcomes.
• From time to time, you may be required to assist the warehouse team with picking and packing customer orders.

About the Role

In this full-time, Monday to Friday role (8am - 4pm), you'll join our new Mackay Branch team delivering exceptional customer service and expert product advice. You'll manage inbound enquiries, process orders, prepare quotes, and proactively follow up sales opportunities while building strong customer relationships and growing existing accounts.
