Job summary

Jaybro Group is seeking a Data Analyst to turn supply chain data into smarter decisions, optimise inventory and support procurement and logistics with dashboards and reports. You will maintain master data, analyse supplier price changes, and provide insights to drive inventory optimisation, stock turns and cost efficiency in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

You'll work with ERP systems including SAP Public Cloud, Power BI and Databricks, leveraging advanced Excel and CRM tools to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Public Cloud, Power BI and Databricks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems and CRM software.

• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate vendor, item, and inventory master data records.
• Analyse supplier price changes to assess financial impact and keep pricing up to date in the ERP.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports to support procurement & supply chain decisions.
• Analyse inventory levels and trends to optimise stock and reduce slow moving and obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate reviews of slow moving/obsolete stock and identify corrective actions with Category Manager.
• Provide root cause analysis of stock outs and work with Buyers on corrective actions.
• Identify potential products to source from overseas considering MOQs and containerisation.

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Team! Turn supply chain data into smarter decisions, optimise inventory and make a real impact in a supportive team with great culture and growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, clean, consistent vendor, item, and inventory replenishment master data records.
• Analyse supplier price changes to evaluate the financial impact to the business and ensure supplier pricing remains accurate and up to date within the ERP.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports as well as interpret the data and trends to provide insights to the business to support procurement & supply chain decision making.
• Analysis of inventory levels and supply trends to support inventory optimisation to prevent shortages and reduce slow moving and obsolete inventory
• Coordinate reviews of slow moving and obsolete stock by working with the Category Manager to identify actions to reduce.
• Provide root cause analysis of stock outs and work with the relevant Buyer to review and implement corrective actions
• Identify potential products that could be sourced from overseas suppliers, taking into account stock turns, MOQs and containerisation.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SAP Public Cloud, Power BI & Databricks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems and experience using CRM software.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Participate in necessary training specific to your role.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate, analyse, and transform data
