Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a trusted client in Northgate, QLD. The role delivers exceptional customer service across national accounts, handling enquiries and bookings in a high-volume environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with hybrid arrangements available upon permanent conversion. This temporary assignment offers potential for a permanent position, and it sits within a collaborative team driving service excellence.

• Pay: $35-40 per hour + Super
• Duration: 3-month temporary assignment with potential for permanent employment
• Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Location: Northgate QLD

What you will be required to do:

You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting national accounts and managing customer enquiries across multiple channels.

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Managing customer requests through Salesforce and internal systems
• Coordinating service bookings and scheduling requirements
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintaining accurate customer records and account information
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure service delivery standards are met
• Working within KPI and service level expectations
• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

To be successful in the role you will:
