Power Equipment Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a capable Customer Service Team Leader for our Spare Parts Department, supporting our national dealer network. This hands-on role rewards ownership and accountability, serving as the go-to person within the team.

You will manage customer inquiries, quotations and orders, nurture dealer relationships, coordinate daily service activities, and guide colleagues through problems while seeking process improvements.

Qualifications

• Solid customer service experience in wholesale/distribution or similar environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to make sound decisions.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders via phone and email.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and the dealer network.
• Coordinate day-to-day customer service activities in the team.
• Provide support with customer enquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
• Support colleagues with procedures, problem-solving and day-to-day enquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service.
