Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, ideally in automotive/outdoor equipment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to learn technical product information quickly.
• Basic maths for processing transactions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in customers.
• Manage spare parts inventory and locate components.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems.
• Maintain product knowledge for features and specs.
• Organise and merchandize displays.
• Handle inquiries via phone and in person.
• Assist with stock receiving, checking and shelving.
• Identify customer needs and upsell relevant products.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets while focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with regular customers for repeat business.
