Job summary

The Good Guys seeks a Customer Service Team Member to support store operations and drive sales growth. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will deliver store administration, handle enquiries, and contribute to a positive, service‑driven customer experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge and ongoing development in a fast paced retail environment with opportunities within the JB Hi-Fi Group, competitive remuneration, and staff benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures.
• Cash handling and tendering transactions.
• Store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity.
• Telephone management and enquiries.
• Marketing and promotional activity.
• Contribute to financial performance through inventory control and expense management.
• Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures.
• Work collaboratively to deliver a positive store experience and resolve customer queries.
• Contribute to the brand and store presentation through merchandising and in‑store marketing.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and development opportunities.
