The Good Guys in Melbourne is seeking a dynamic store team member to support sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will coordinate designated store functions, help meet budgets, and drive profitable growth through strong service and teamwork.

You’ll join a fast-paced retailer offering flexible work arrangements where eligible roles include hybrid working and extensive training, with employee discounts and supportive development opportunities across the JB Hi‑Fi Group.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service.
• Deliver quality, profitable sales according to an established budget.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to answer queries.
• Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard; monitor and assist with web orders (picking, packing, delivery).
• Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety.
