Job summary

BlueScope Distribution is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the NSW Sales team in Albury, NSW. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotes, and orders, while coordinating with sales and warehouse colleagues to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate information.

You will receive onboarding and cross-training to learn products, systems and processes, with support across the business as you build strong customer relationships and identify
