Job summary

BlueScope Distribution is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the NSW Sales team in Albury, NSW. You'll be the key contact for customers, handling enquiries, quotes, orders and coordinating with sales and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

No steel knowledge required; transfer your experience from customer-facing roles. You’ll receive onboarding and cross-training, with opportunities to learn products and systems while helping customers and driving service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience desired.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email and provide timely responses.
