You don't need to know steel to do well here. You’ll have time and support to build your knowledge in the role. Your first three months will include structured onboarding, with time to learn our products, systems and processes and plenty of cross‑training within the team. You'll build your knowledge as you go, with support from people across the business as you get to know our customers and how we work.

As part of our NSW Sales team, you will:

  • manage customer enquiries by phone and email
  • prepare quotes and provide product and pricing information
  • process and follow up orders, quotes and customer requests
  • work with our sales, warehouse and other teams to coordinate customer requirementskeep customers updated and make sure important details are followed through
  • build strong relationships with customers and identify new sales opportunities
  • look for practical ways to improve the customer experience and how we work
