Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing office role.
• Call-centre experience is a bonus (not required).
• Good communication and organisational skills, internal and external.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid working rights within Australia.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and resolving incoming customer enquiries.
• Processing customer bookings, deliveries and service requests.
• Effectively communicating with other internal team members and departments.
• Handling customer disputes and escalating if required.
• Accurate data entry to maintain and update records and order information.
