• Experience in PPE, safety equipment or the workwear industry.
• Experience in a customer service, administration, or office support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Process customer orders, quotations, returns, and invoices.
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly, escalating when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Follow up on outstanding customer requests and enquiries.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team.

Our client is a well-established supplier of safety equipment, workwear, and footwear, and they are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent, full-time position with an immediate start in a collaborative and friendly workplace.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You will assist customers with enquiries, process orders, prepare quotes, and ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Process customer orders, quotations, returns, and invoices.
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a timely manner, escalating where required.
• Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.

• You must have experience in PPE, safety equipment or the workwear industry
• Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or office support role.

• The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
