Job summary

Talent Connect Australia is partnering with a prominent NSW Government Department to recruit a Customer Service Officer in Grafton. You will join a fast-paced contact centre, delivering high-quality customer support and administrative services to stakeholders.

Your day-to-day duties include handling a high volume of inbound calls, resolving inquiries via phone, live chat, and online channels, and updating information in internal systems to support service delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced contact centre, customer service, or administration environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and competing priorities simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
• Experience working towards KPIs and service delivery targets.
