Job summary

NX Blue is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Ballina, NSW to handle enquiries and support customers as well as internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The role offers consistent hours, long-term opportunity, 1 week of paid training, an immediate start, and onsite parking with easy public transport access. You will work in a friendly, supportive environment focused on precise data entry and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing office role.
• Call-centre experience is a bonus (not required).
• Good communication and organisational skills, internal and external.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid working rights within Australia.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join a Nationally recognised Australian manufacturer of residential/commercial gas products.

This role is focused on handling enquiries and providing support to both customers and other internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
