• Tertiary qualification or 2+ years experience in Customer Service.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound computer knowledge including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and managing the day-to-day movement of freight within your portfolio.
• Providing insights into the movement of customer freight and potential issues to Account Managers.
• Reviewing and reporting on daily freight movements.
• Resolving enquiries to provide a best-in-class experience.
• Escalating priority issues relating to all aspects of accounts.
• Building long-term relationships with your dedicated account portfolio across industries.
