Job summary

efm Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Internal Account Manager) to join our Pyrmont team in Sydney. You will manage day-to-day freight movements within your portfolio and build strong relationships with customers.

You’ll resolve inquiries, provide insights to Account Managers, and report on movements to ensure an outstanding end-to-end logistics experience. A tertiary qualification or 2+ years in customer service is expected.

• Sound computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and managing the day-to-day movement of freight within your portfolio.
• Providing insights into movements of customer freight to support Account Managers.
• Reviewing and reporting on daily freight movements.
• Resolving enquiries to deliver a superior logistics experience.
• Escalating priority issues relating to accounts when required.
• Building solid long-term relationships with your portfolio across industries.
