PharmaCare in Sydney’s Northern Beaches is seeking a Customer Service Leader to join our in-office team in Warriewood. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will grow your leadership skills while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will build strong relationships, resolve issues, and support cross-functional activities across sales, finance, logistics, and customer service, while keeping Salesforce records up to date and upholding compliance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a call centre or fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator with a professional phone manner.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive problem-solver in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with analytical capabilities.
• Experience using Salesforce and/or JDE.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email, and online channels.
• Manage customer enquiries, orders, claims, and delivery resolutions.
• Support web sales, credits, and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Provide reception and office support as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company compliance standards.
