PharmaCare Group in Warriewood (Sydney's Northern Beaches) seeks a Customer Service Lead to drive exceptional service and build strong customer relationships. You will manage inquiries and orders, support sales processes, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and CS teams.

The role is full-time, in-office, with opportunities to develop leadership and contribute to a dynamic health-wellness brand. Prior call centre experience is preferred, along with Salesforce/JDE familiarity.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced call centre/retail environment.
• Confident communicator with a professional phone manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Proactive problem-solver in a busy, team-focused setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email, and online channels.
• Manage customer enquiries, orders, claims, and delivery resolutions.
• Support web sales, credits, and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Provide reception and office support as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company compliance.
