Job summary

PharmaCare is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to deliver outstanding support across phone, email, and online channels. You will manage enquiries, orders, credits, and delivery resolutions while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.

You will work within a fast-paced, collaborative team at Warriewood, Sydney's Northern Beaches, contributing to a positive customer experience and adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Confident communicator with a professional and friendly phone manner.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and administrative capabilities.
• Experience using Salesforce and/or JDE will be highly regarded.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email, and online channels.
• Manage customer enquiries, orders, claims, and delivery resolutions.
• Support web sales, credits, and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Provide reception and office support as needed.
