Job summary

Greensteel Yeppoon invites an enthusiastic Internal Salesperson to join our Central Queensland team. You’ll support customers by phone, email, and in-store, prepare quotes, and process orders while coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, support external sales staff, and maintain accurate product knowledge and sales records. A collaborative, proactive mindset and team focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, retail, or customer service.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Experience in the steel or building industry is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
