Job summary

Workfast is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative for our Wollongong branch. You will be the first point of contact, delivering prompt, professional, and friendly service in person and remotely while supporting day-to-day operations.

Join a fast-paced team with full-time hours, a 7am–3pm schedule, and competitive pay of $36.50 per hour plus penalties and super. You will interact with customers, assist with orders, and collaborate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience is essential.
• Experience in HVAC or a similar industry is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Comfortable using computers and basic office systems.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Managing customer emails and providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
• Serving customers face-to-face at the branch, processing orders and handling general enquiries.
• Assisting with basic administrative tasks related to sales and customer service.
• Occasionally picking up small items from the warehouse for customers or internal use.
• Working closely with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pre-Employment Requirement

• During the first few weeks, the successful candidate may also need to travel to Sydney for additional training
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a PI (Personal Behaviour) Test online prior to commencing
