CoreStaff is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Gosford, NSW. The role offers casual ongoing work, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week), with a work-from-home option and an ASAP start. Pay rate is $38.89 per hour plus super.

This position focuses on handling day-to-day admin tasks and delivering high-quality customer service. You will respond to inquiries, assist with complaints, and provide timely, accurate information while contributing to continuous improvement efforts within a NSW

About the client:

Our client is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a leading NSW Government department based in Gosford.

This position will see you working on a casual ongoing basis Monday to Friday.

About the role:

You will be responsible for assisting and maintaining day to day administrative tasks.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Responding to customer enquires
• Assisting with customer complaints,
• Providing assistance and accurate information in a timely manner
• Deliver high-quality customer service values
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

To be successful for this position you will need to:
