Job summary

Workfast AU is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative for our Auburn branch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers excellent service while building a long-term career with a growing business.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling in-person and remote interactions, ensuring prompt, professional, and friendly service at all times. Full-time hours and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience is essential.
• Experience in HVAC or similar industry highly regarded.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Manage customer emails and provide accurate information with timely follow-ups.
• Serve customers face-to-face at the Auburn branch, process orders and handle enquiries.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to sales and customer service.
• Occasionally pick up small items from the warehouse for customers or internal use.
• Collaborate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• $36.50 per hour + penalties + super

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and remotely. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive prompt, professional, and friendly service at all times.

What you will be doing

Pre-Employment Requirement

• Successful candidates will be required to complete a PI (Personal Behaviour) Test online prior to commencing
