Job summary

Envirochoice Food Packaging Australia in Prestons, NSW, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice of the brand and the heart of NSW operations. You’ll handle calls, process orders, and work closely with Sales, Finance and Warehousing to ensure smooth service.

Now, we’re looking for a vibrant Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our brand and the heart of our customer support for our NSW Operations.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that supports our customers every day. You’ll be based at our Office in Prestons, NSW, answering calls, responding to enquiries, processing orders, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll also work closely with our Sales, Finance, and Warehousing teams to make sure every customer gets the care and service they deserve.

What you’ll be doing:

• Answering incoming calls and emails with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
• Processing customer orders accurately using our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Providing updates to customers on order status and delivery timelines
• Coordinating with our warehouse to ensure smooth dispatch
• Assisting with product enquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Supporting internal sales activities, including preparing quotations, identifying customer needs, suggesting suitable products, and following up on opportunities
• Building strong customer relationships and proactively promoting products, specials, and new solutions
• Supporting the team with general administration and ad hoc duties as required
