Job summary

Perigon Group is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join a busy, collaborative team in Sydney CBD for a 4-month temporary assignment. You will process customer orders in SAP, manage the full order lifecycle and provide timely updates to customers.

The role requires strong written communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple orders accurately. Immediate start preferred; onsite work with FMCG team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, customer care or order processing.
• SAP experience is essential.
• Strong written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders accurately.
• Proactive and comfortable asking questions when needed.
• FMCG experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities
