About Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's Customer Service team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will primarily focus on the accurate and timely processing of customer orders and high-volume data entry within SAP. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and can quickly learn new processes and systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within SAP, ensuring data integrity at all times.
• Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review and validate order information to ensure timely processing, invoicing, and fulfilment.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, logistics providers, and warehouse teams to support smooth order execution.
• Monitor order workflows, and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records across relevant systems.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the broader Customer Service team with administrative and operational activities as required.

About You

Ideally, your background will include:

• 3+ years' experience in a Customer Service, Order Management, or Customer Operations role.
• Strong SAP experience and a track record of processing high volumes of orders accurately and efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy, with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, products, and processes and contribute from day one.
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach, with experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or similar industries highly regarded.
