Job summary

Concentrix Brisbane is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team on full-time or part-time shifts. You’ll help vulnerable Australians access government entitlements and deliver quality customer experiences.We offer $29.89 per hour plus 12% super, monthly incentives up to $480, paid training for seven weeks, a rotating 7am–7pm roster, weekend availability with penalties, and a welcoming, inclusive workplace near Central Station.

Hourly rate of $29.89 + 12% Superannuation

Monthly incentives of up to $480 monthly

Full-Time and some Part-Time opportunities

Start dates in November and into the new year

Full-Time paid training - 7 weeks!

Monday to Friday rotating roster of 7am - 7pm

Saturday availability is required (with penalty rates)

Located next to Central Station in Brisbane City

Who are you?

You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. No call centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must!

Must be anAustralian Citizenand at least18 years of age
